1. What are your main products on sale?
A: Fasteners including bolts, nuts and washers, and CNC parts.
2. What is your delivery time?
A: It depends on if we have stock or not, if we have stock goods, we can delivery within 15 days after receiving the payment. And normally, our production is in 45 days for producing products.
3. What is your payment term?
A: Mostly we use 30% advance payment by T/T, 70% before shipment.
4. How is your quality? And what if we don’t satisfied your quality?
A: We produce your order strictly according to your inquiry. If the quality is not acceptable, we will modify the production till acceptable.
5. How about the warranty?
A: We are confident with our products, and we will packing them well to make sure the goods in well protection. To avoid any subsequent yrouble regarding quality issue, we suggest you check the goods once you receive them. If there is any damage due to the transportation or quality issue, please take the detail pictures and contact us as soon as possible, we will properly deal with it.
