STA 2mm~50mm silica rope /refractory rope

 

 

1. The fiberglass braided rope is made of continuous filament texturized C or E glass yarns and is extremely strong, resilient and flexible.

2. They are widely used as gasket for industrial ovens and furnaces, boilers and wood buring stoves.

3. Fiberglass braided rope are asbe stos free, cause no harm to health, making them ideal replacement to asbe stos ones.

4. For higher lodas, the round braided and square braided ropes can be reinforced by steel wires.

5. They also can be coated with graphite or vermiculite to increase thermal insulation and abrasive resistance.

 

The three different styles are designed to fit different application needs:

1. Ceramic fiber round braided rope is a kind dense, resilient and solid rope, it is fabricated from ceramic fiber yarn braided around a core of ceramic fiber rope to form a packing in round section.

2. Ceramic fiber square braided rope is a kind dense, resilient and solid rope, it is fabricated from ceramic fiber yarn braided square a core of ceramic fiber rope to form a packing in square section.

3. Ceramic fiber twisted rope is a kind soft rope, it is fabricated from ceramic fiber yarn twisted left hand/right hand together to form a rope.

 

Fiberglass filament reinforced rope can be used for high temperature applications up to 650°C, with electric insulating property.

Stainless steel wire reinforced rope can be used for high temperature applications up to 1050°C with higher strength.

Ceramic fiber rope is widely used as thermal insulation and sealing for stoves, boilers, burners, industrial furnaces, coke oven doors, heat exchanger, kiln car, etc..
