 Filter press is a kind of Solid-liquid separation dewatering treatment equipment, it is separating the solid and the slurry/sludge/fluids by using pressure driven by feed pumps and widely used in wastewater treatment plant, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, metallurgy industry, dyes industry, mining industry, paper making, food factories, brewing, ceramics, and environmental protection industries, etc. 

 

 

Filter Process of Chamber Filter Press

The process of one batch filtration: Filter Plates Pressing---Feeding material---Filtering---Discharging Cake---Washing Filter Cloth. 

	Closing: Closing of the filter plates to form a sealed filtering chamber.
	Feeding Sludge (or slurry) will be feeded into the chamber by slurry pump until all chamber is full of filter
	Filtering Liquid is filtered and slolids are block by filter cloth.
	Cake Discharging Open filter plates to discharge the filter cake.

• Hydraulic Station
  It provides the pressure for filter press can save much labor, and we are using China famous pump and hydraulic valve.

 

 

• Filter Plates
  Using high quality polypropylene, ensuring filter plates has the good characteristics of anti-corrosion and strong acid and strong alkali resistance.

 

• Filter cloth:

we are using high quality polypropylene strong acid and strong alkali resistance or high quality polyester acid. We also can customized the filter cloth size as you required. 

 

Production and assembling workshop of chamber filter press

All filter press is assembled and tested in workshop to make sure all filter press good quality before delivery.
