Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are factory.Our factory located in Huaian ,Jiangsu province ,The square is 22,000m2 ,below is our factory details:
1.Management System - ISO900 - 5S on-site management - Designated QA inspection every two hours - Final AQL inspection before releasing the goods
2.Raw materials - Suppliers’ self-Inspection before dispatching the materials to LARY - Pre-production and Master samples are a must before mass production - Own production of primary raw materials to maintain in-house quality control
4.200 Employees - All managers (supply chain, production, warehouse, QA, CS etc.) are Master or College degree - Average age of 35 years old, mature and experienced - Standardized operation procedure for every worker - Every worker is QA itself to avoid defective products - Best salary & Quality incentive for excellent workers
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 30-60 days if the goods are not in stock, If your order is very urgent,You can contact our customer service.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes we offer sample order, stock samples are free, producing samples will be charged.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: T/T,L/C ,PAYPAL ,D/P and WESTERN UNION are acceptable.
Generally, order amount < 5000USD, 100% in advance. Amount ≥ 5000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,70% balance against docs copy.
