1)Q: How long will it take to make/get a sample?

For most of products, we would be able to ship the samples within 4 to 7working days starting  from the date of receipt of your order and payment.

2)Q: How can I get a sample?

1. Specify the items you selected or samples/specs you asked for reverse engineering.

2. Place Sample P.O. with the agreed prices and wire transfer the payment of samples and freight cost.

3. Produce the samples; deliver the sample package to specified destination.

3)Q: How much is the freight cost?

It varies with the products (weight and size), ordered quantity, packing method, shipping method and delivery destination. We have contracted shipping forwarders who can provide you with FOB, CIF, C&F and Door to Door service with our corporate contract rate.

4)Q: Have you Private Label Service?

Absolutely,WELL SUIT is an OEM manufacturing company. We private label all products for our customers in their logos, trademarks and brands.

5)Q: What forms of payment do you accept, such as Credit Card?

We don't accept Credit Card and Cash Check. We accept the wired payment and the irrevocable Letter of credit at sight.

6)Q: What kind of warranty do you offer for your products?

Free replacement of any defected products; free freight cost service provided; Refund the payment back if required.
