(1) Coil loading car with saddle
Used to loading coil to decoiler mandrel, leveling working in rails, vertical lift power from cylinder, v type saddle
(2) hydraulic decoiler
Used to hold the coil, then open coil, feeding coil to next step, expansion and contractive by hydrualic power through wedge
(3) Pinch roller, leveler
Pinch roller used to pinch sheet to loop bridge, drive from motor power
(4) Fine leveler with 6 hi
this adopts best quality in 19 rollers 6 HI leveler, to keep sheet in top flatness
(5) Loop bridge#1
Used to storage the enough coil to keep line working in best condition, also help to coodinate with each parts speed micro different, have sensor inside the pit to adjust each parts working speed in same
(6) fly shear
Used toshear the sheet according to PLC set data, it has two mode, from upper to down, and down to upper cutting, driven by motor or cylinder, speed can reach 80m/min
(7) Belt conveyor (two sets)
used to conveying sheets to stacker, the belt is durable
(8) auto lift stacker (two sets)
Used to stack the sheets to pallets, the power from motor and pneumatic system
under the stacker has move out roller table system, mostly have 2 sets, it has left& right out system, also has rear side out sistem. as per customer factory requirements
(11) hydraulic system
Used to offer hydraulic power for all hydraulic unit
(12) Pneumatic system
Used to offer pneumatic power for decoiler, recoiler etc other unit
(13) Lubricate system
Used to lubricate all required area, to make it working smoothly, some parts should be greasing manually
(14) Electric system
Used to control full line working condition, it has screen display, PLC, and button control together
