1. Where is your company, are you factory?
Our office is in Guangzhou, Led factory is in Shenzhen, Acrylic factory is in Foshan. Office and factories belong to same boss.
2. Do you have price list?
We have price list for normal size products only, but most sign products are customized that we have no price list. You need to send roducts photo or design drawing with size and order quantity for us to calculate the last cost for you.
3. What is MOQ for your products?
We don’t require big quantity from clients, most products MOQ is 1pc. Even for customized products, we could make 1pc sample for you. Of course, you could order more quantity to save cost wit much lower unit price.
4. How to order and how to make payment?
Firstly, you need to send us products details for us to make quotation, you could feel free to ask us any question. After you confirm order, we will send proforma invoice for you to check correctly. If no problem, you could arrange advance payment by T/T, West Union or Moneygram. We will inform you when goods ready asap.
5. How long time you deliver the goods after we pay to you?
Normally, delivery date will be 3-5 days for small quantity and 1 week for big order when our factory is not very busy.
6. How to deliver goods to our country?
Goods could be delivered by air or by sea. By air takes around 1 week and by sea 20-40 days. You could use our forwarder or your own shipping agent. We could cooperate with you as your requirement.
