A:We are manufacture factory, (located in Shenzhen, China) specialized in produce different kinds of leather products.

Q2:What informatin should I provide if I want to get the offical quotation?
A:Please kindly advice the specific material/size/design/quantity.So we can quote you the best price within 12 hours.

Q3:How Long will it take for sample and order?
A:It will take 5-7 days. Order's delivery time depends on the quantity. Normally, we can delivery in 18-25 days.

Q4: Can we have our Logo or company name on products?
A:SURE! We can do embossed, debossed, foil stamping, silk screen printing,  Heat transfer printing,meta plate, embroider ect.

Q5:Can you do the customized design?
A:YES!OEM project is welcomed.

Q6:Can I get free sample? If not. How much is it?
A:If we have in stock, free sample is availble. If no, will need some sample cost, which will be refund once order confirmed.

Q7:What's the MOQ?
A:Normally 500pcs.200pcs is also acceptable, but unit price will have mold cost include.

Q8:How to place order?
A:1)Make the samples and confirm the samples.
    2)Confirm the proforma invoice.
    3)Transfer the 30% deposit for PU leather products/50% for real leather products.
    4)Arrange producting and inspection.
    5)Confirm shipping line or courier agent.
    6)Pay the balance then ship the goods.

Q9:what's your after service?
A:If any quality issues, we provide free replace service after receiving the goods within 30days, exclude any problem caused by man-made damage. 

(2) If you have no clear idea of your bag,we could give you some suggestions for reference, OEM/ODE all weclomed.

(3) During mass production, in every produce procedure, we will take photos show you, so you can see your production in every step.

(4) We can book container for you by our forwarder and give you all options cost of stransport channels for your choice, and during shipping keep following up of your goods, make sure goods arrived safely.
