² Good blue white shade.

² Good whiteness in polyester fiber or fabric.

[Application]

Suitable in the polyester fiber ,as well the raw material of making paste form brightening agent in textile dyeing..

[Method of use]

² Padding process

Dosage: OBA 1.5~5.0g/l for pad dyeing process, procedure: one dip one pad( or two dips two pads, pick-up: 70%)  →drying→ stentering(170~190℃30~60seconds).

² Dipping process

OBA  0.15~0.5%(o.w.f)

liquor ratio:1:10-30

optimum temperature: 100-110℃

optimum time :30-60min

PH value:5-11(opt acidity)

² For getting the optimum effect for application,please try on suitable

condition with your equipments and choose the suitable technique.

² Please try for compatibility,if using with other auxiliaries.

[Transport,storage and packing]

 3.5 kgs/barrel, and package as customer

 The product is non-hazardous,chemical properties stability,be  

  used in any mode of transport.

 At room temperature,storage for one year.
