Energy saving and enviromental protection: nano coating on glass surface, biological sterilization coating on filter paper, food packing,etc.

Liquid types suitable for ultrasonic spraying
The viscosity, intermolecular binding force and the ratio of the liquid mixture-solid mixture will play a great influence to ultrasonic atomizing, even can not be atomized. At present, there is no clear rule, so it is necessary to having comparative tests of relevant parameters such as frequency, concentration, temperature and flow rate for specific liquids.
It has been proved the following liquid can be atomized:
Pure single-component liquid: such as pure water, ethanol, acetone, bromine and so on. The viscosity mainly affect the atomization, and the viscosity below 100CPS is best.
A variety of liquid mixture: such as water solvents (dilute acids, diluter alkalis, halogens, low concentration salts), oligomeric alcohols, ketines, aldehydes as solvent polymers (medium polymers), etc. Especially, the liquids with ethanol, acetone and butanone as solvents has the best atomization effection. The atomization influence factor of this kind of liquids include viscosity, liquid characteristic and concertration.

Liquid-solid mixture liquid: such as nano-scale C-Pt/ alcohol mixture, Beaded polymer/water, low concentration coal slurry/water, silica gel/ethanol, suspension, etc. Solvent composition, solid concentration(<40%), solid particle size(<1/10 of the particle size of ultrasonic atomization at this frequency), affinity betwwen solid particles and solvents( such as suspension state) are the main factors affecting the liquid atomization.




Liquid Types Not Suitable for Ultrasonic Spraying


High concertration liquid solid mixture (such as epoxy resin, polyurethane, polyene), etc. In particular, epoxy resin solution is difficult to atomize, can not achieve uniform atomization.
