Product Application
This machine use paper/plastic film/woven fabric/aluminium foil as base material,through extrusion coating film to make two-layer/three-layer(sandwich composite) or multi-layer compound products at one time.
Widely used in food packing fields, such as: snack bags/paper cup/drink cup/yogurt cup/medical packing/nonwoven bag and so on.
Main Features
1) independent tower type electrical rotary double station
2) Cylinder cushioning floating the pendulum roller structure: by precision potentiometers detection tension, the centralized control of the programmable PLC),(Japan FUJIKURA / Germany festo, low-friction cylinder)
3) Unwind prespeed and full auto receive material ,off material
4) PLC auto calculate new shaft rotary speed,and keep speed with main line speed
5) Receive material press roller,cutter broken material .tension control change,reset all can finish automatically.
6)Three roller laminating compound structure.back press roller, can make compound roller bear strength even, compound solid
7)Stripping of silicon rubber roller: compound product is easy to peer off from cooling roller, cylinder can press tightly
8)High pressure fan absorb edge,absorb edge material quickly
9)Low volatge electrical parts is France shneicer，Omron，RKC etc
