Application of ultrasonic processing and powder screening
The displacement produced by high frequency power ultrasonic transducer is generally 10-40 microns, which can be applied to many situations directly working in the air. Some need work with high-power instantaneously, such as ultrasonic welding applications, some need to work continuously in the air for a long time. Such as drilling, milling, turning, cutting, calendering processing, polishing, grinding, stress relief and other mechanical ultrasonic processing industries. Both require transducer with high amplitude, low heat and high reliability, it needs better materials, structural and production process. The power of the former is generally nominated by the peak power generated in instantaneous operation, while the latter is by the average power of continuous operation.

Principle: Transducer is a kind of electro-acoustic device which can realize the transformation between high frequency electric energy and high frequency muchanical energy. The vibration is transmitted to the vibrating ring through the guide rod, which drives the vibration of the whole prevent the adhesion and blocking of meshes, and achieve rapid screening.
For the following reasons, the replacement of the inside installation by the outside installation has become a trend of technological development.
Outside installation have the advantage of good heat dissipation, long life, easy maintenanceand replacement, etc. The disadvantage is the vibration effect is slightly weaker.
Inside installation is suitable for the screening of small powders. The disadvantage is poor heat dissipation, short life, easy to generate static electricity by friction with powders, which can cause fire or explosion, at the same time, it is not convenient for the daily maintenance and replacement.
