This machine is professional pleating equipment for chemical fiber and blended fabrics. The fabric can be used for producing various kinds of clothing after heating and pleating, such as scarf, shirt, mantle, children’s garment and skirt. It can also make two sections pleating with good stereoscopic effects. The fabric elasticity will be increased and the stability is good after thermoformed by this machine,. The pleating width can be adjusted easily, the size can be changed from 1mm to 7mm.

It is optional to use oil heating roller, and the oil heating roller has double-layer.this structure has the benefits as follow:

1. The oil heating roller will provide quick heating and heat preservation ealily, so it can save energy and protect environment.

2. the conduction oil is flowing in the interlayer freely, It guarantee the temperature of all parts is same on the surface of roller, thereby, it improves the service life of roller.
