A:Our factroy is located in Yongkang city which near yiwu/Hangzhou Port, and we are manufacturer.

A:Kick Scooter,Balance Bike,Skateboard,Roller&Inline Skate,
Certification:EN71,EN14619,EN13613,EN13899,LVD,EMC etc

Q3:How many days you need for prepare sample and how much?
A:Normal and stocked goods only 1 day;others process samples need 2~7 days.

Q4:When is your delivery time?
A:It depends on product and order QTY.
Normally,it takes us 30days after receiving the deposit,Repeat order only need 20~25 days.

Q5:What payment terms you can do?
A:Normally we accept payment term as T/T 30% deposit after order signed, and 70% balance against the copy of B/L. We also accept L/C at sight ,any pay ways can support.

Q6:What is your MOQ?
A:No MOQ,small order is acceptable.

Q7: What format of the file do you need if I want to do my own design?
A: For printing design, we need AI or PDF file for set up the print-plate. We will make mock-up photo and send you for print details approve, include color, size and position before batch printing.

Q8: How many colors are available?
A: We match color with pantone matching system. So you just send us the pantone color code you need, we will match the color accordingly or we will recommend some popular colors for your kindly reference.

Q9: Do you provide OEM developing services?
A: Yes, customer’s OEM is welcome，we have plenty experience in OEM developing.

Q10: Can our logo or company name to be printed on the products or package?
A: Sure. Your logo or company name can be printed o your products and package by printing or stickers.
