Using your incubator

The first time you use it, you should test your unit for the first time and set the corresponding parameters according to the instructions, and then use it.

1. Test your incubator to see if it functions properly.
2. Connect the egg turner plug to the control plug inside the egg compartment.
3. Fill one or both water channels depending on local humidity levels.
4. Set the eggs with the pointy side down.
5. Close the lid and switch on the incubator.
6. Keep an eye on the humidity reading and fill the water channels when needed. (normally every  4 days)
7. At day 18 you should remove the tray with the turning mechanism and place the eggs on top of  the bottom grid.
8. At the same time it is important to fill both water channels to increase the humidity. (this is very  important to ensure that the eggshells are soft enough for the chicks to break through.)
9. You should never open the lid when the chicks start to hatch. If you do, the loss of humidity will  cause the eggshells of the unhatched eggs to dry out and they won’t able to break through the egg.  

Guide to incubation   

(1) Fertile eggs selection:born in 4-7days of fertile eggs, no waste, no crack, no broken egg  contamination, 15-30℃ Preheating 24 hours, after testing machine, put eggs into machine (the big side uptowards and small side downtowards). 

(2) Incubation period:chicken egg 21days,duck eggs 28days,goose egg 30days,pigeon egg 18days,quail egg 18days,peacock egg 28days,period is different, all eggs are divied into two stages: earlier and later stage. Later stage means the last 3 days of incubating. The earlier date according to different incubation  period, hatching days is also different. Here as chicken eggs an example to explainthe usage. No mater what eggs you hatch, the tempreture is no need change. All the time  37.8℃ is OK. Everyday add 1-2 bottles water. In earlier stage, humidity is around 60%, in later  stage is around 75%.

(3) Egg drop:that means in the last 3 days, put eggs on hatching net from egg tray. This time no  need turning eggs. But this time need add full water into bottom water tank. Humidity reach 75%. Picking up the shells after eggs broken. When baby chick featehr is dry, take out chick and put  them  in a warm place and breed. It will need 7-10days.

(4) Egg candler:After putting into machine, if you do not know if it is fertile eggs, you can test egg  after 7days using egg candle. Then take out no-fertiling eggs.

(5) Spraying:after 12days hatching, using the sprayer spray warm water above eggs. One day  twice.

(6) Adding water:in the bottom case, there are holes to adding water. You need to add water  depends on humidty showing.
