The tealight production line is made up of 3 parts: tealight machine, aluminium cup leaching machine, and wick & cup assembling section.
The tealight machine is made up of main transmission system, material supplying system, material feeding in system, pressing system, electrical system and so on, working way is rotary system and double direction pressing. Use wax powder as material accomplish the process of supplying material, feeding in material, pressing and candle going out. It can be used to produce tealight, water floating candle, votive, small pillar candle made by changing mould. Candle weight is stable, surface of the candle is smooth, the middle hole is straight and clear, safe and reliable producing process. It can be connected with production line of tealight in order to realize auto wick & cup assembling and so on, this will reduce labor cost greatly but increase output, save your time and cost. For those customers who use 100% palm wax or stearic acid wax as material, this product has heating system, so will expand choice on material.
The aluminium cup leaching machine is used to connect with tealight production line in order to realize producing automatically. Through shaker and air nozzles in turntable, aluminium cups are sent to turntable upside. Then they will reach to aluminium cup conveyor of tealight production line through a small conveyor.
The wick& cup assembling sections is made up of 5 wick&cup assembling sections, 1 aluminium cup conveyor, 1 tealight conveyor, and 1 final production conveyor. It is used to assemble semi-finished products like tealight block, aluminium cup, wick sustainer and candle wick together. VFD on the machine is to adjust working speed, PLC control. Main electrical parts are famous brand. With detecting system, when no tealight block, no wick, no sustainer, no cup, any issues of these happen on one of those 5 sections, the one will stop automatically, at the same time dispaly light will shine, worker will know and can do necessary maintenance, save time. The machine design absorbs advantage of home and abroad, combines actually using condition in candle factory, in order to make it mostly reaching customer's require.
