Do you supply personalized towels? Can you put our Logo onto your custom beach towels?

Yes, we do. Most of our products are customized. Your Logo can be imprint on the towels via embroidery, printing or jacquard weaving.

What about color fastness of your beach towels? Does the color fade after washing?

In most case, color fastness of our towels can be above grade 4. But some deep color like black, we promise the grade will be above 3. Our colored towels barely fade after washing. But we always suggest you wash your new towels before use.

Are your custom beach towel products AZO free?

Sure, we only use eco-friendly dye during the dyeing and printing process. All our finished towels is AZO free. If needed, we would like to help to arrange a testing for AZO.

What’s your minimum order quantity for towels?

MOQ depends on specific towels you need. Generally, MOQ for bath towel and beach towel is 1000PCS, for hand towel is 2000PCS, for face cloth is 5000PCS, for bathrobe is 500PCS. For color-woven towels, MOQ will be twice of the above quantity.

Why price for towels with same specs in different colors are not the same?

That’s because our cost for towels in different colors is not the same. Generally dyeing cost for deep color is higher than cost for light color. Deep color cost us more working time and dye materials.

If I’m going to make an order to you, how can you make sure I get exactly what I want?

We provide sampling service before mass production. If you’re not sure, we can make several samples for your checking up before your order. Order can be placed after our samples approved.

Why do we need to pay hundreds of dollars just for a few piece of towel samples?

Sampling charge is for our labor cost and material cost. We need to adjust the machine as per your specification. We also need to dye or print the towels as per your request. All of these cost us a lot.
