The Big / Jumbo Bag Filling Machine can be used to fill big bags ranging from 300 kg to 1000 kg. The operator simply has to place the bag on bag hooks and clamp the mouth of the bag.Options to seal the mouth of the bag with an inflatable gasket can be provided. The operation of filling the bag is done in two stages i.e. coarse feed and fine feed. Once the target weight is achieved a weight achieve signal is shown. Periodic consolidation of the material will be done to ensure that the product is compacted.
All contact parts of the machine can be done in S.S. 304 / 316 / 316L depending in the products characteristics. Custom designs are done for each machine to meet the site conditions and product characteristics.
The machine's controller has an integrated HMI which allows easy changes to performance parameters and observation of machine functions.

Packaging:

- Our wooden case is very strong,it can bear long time shipping on the sea.
- And machine with preservative film,it can stop the salt sea water enter into the machine and make the machine corrosion.
Shipping:
- Upon receipt of payment , delivery date will be in 3-15days00
- By Air, by Sea or by Express (DHL etc)
- Shipment cost will depend on the destination, shipment way,size and the weight of the goods.
Part 2: Warranty period & After service

Life-time warranty.
- Any problem caused by our party within one year from the date of shipment, we will provide free spare parts for the repairment.
- After one year, we can provide the spare parts, but the user should pay for the related cost, including cost of the spare parts, delivery cost etc.
