Are you worride about your money and quality? Do not worry, the service is not over after shipping the stators. If any issue about product, we will be responsibile for it. 

 

The stator core is assembled by interlock system, which is punched by stamping die. The stator core can be used in brushless dc motor. As the structure of tooling is fixed, it can only be used to punch the material with 0.5mm. If you think its cost is high, we could make tooling for free if you have big quantity. So it is our advantage. We can design the jig and assemble the cores by ourselves.
