Vibro ripper is a new generation attachment recently developed and manufactured to effectively excavate, crush and destroy the soft rock mass such as rocks weathered by wind and water, hard soil, slate, quartz, concrete and asphalt.

The RAY Vibro ripper combines the working principles of impact force of a hydraulic breaker with vibration and ripping power of a conventional ripper. Due to this combination of both breaking, vibration and ripping, it can produce up to five-times higher excavation rates compared to conventional hydraulic rock breakers.

 1.For Special Eccentric block:

Semicircle monolithic eccentric block has strong vibration force to break rock.

2.For protection system:

Using top air spring with upper and bottom rubber.

Air spring on the top of the shell to reduce 90% vibration force to the excavator

Bolted connection tooth adapter, reduce the probalility of damage on the adapter

No side the rubbers design to get more strong from the vibration. Don't limit vibration stroke distance and to gain greater ability of broken
