Battery workshop and flow line 

1 Container and lid
Container and lid are PP material, based on the heat sealing technology to avoid the leak of the electrolyte.
2 Negative plate
Thick with cage design for improved holding of the active material and high electrical conductivity.
3 Separator
Microporous polyethylene envelops, to ensure high performance and complete insulation between positive and negative plates while allowing the free flow of electrolytes throughout the cell.
4 Positive plate
Matured tubular positive plate technology, use imported non-woven calandria in all plate calandria.
5 Terminal
Positive and negative terminal with large copper core cast lead alloy to ensure the battery's large current discharge performance.
6 Safety valve
Unique mist collection reflux design reduces water loss and reduces maintenance frequency.
7 Flexible connector
With the copper core to avoid loose caused by vibration and facilitate maintenance. Holes reserved on the protection cover of the connector for testing the battery voltage.

Standard seaworthy packing

• Each battery with a single carton.
• Cartons stand on the 1M*1M pallet and protected by the waterproof plastic film. 
• Pallets put into the container.

Q3: How to maintain the battery?
A: The battery should be stored in a clean, dry, ventilated, dark environment when not using, keep it after a full charge, recharge it every 3 months or 6 months.and must use it in one year.

Q4: If we could accept OEM & ODM Service

A: We could accept customized, such as the brand, Logo, Container color, etc.Dictionnaire.The premise is to reach a certain Quantity.

Q5: MOQ & Samples

A: According to the certain voltage and capacity of the batteries you need, different batteries with different MOQ.Because of the shipment. we really want to offer you a sample, but our batteries cannot be shipped by express or air.so the MOQ must more than 300KG for the weight of total batteries.
