Introduction
Recently most of maintenance factories such as motorcycle, tractor factory, and engineering machinery etc. adopt manual method to repair valve seat ring of engine.
namely,first ream with special reamer, and then grind with abrasive sand.it cost 30mints to grind, which cost a large amount of time and cannot guarantee the quality.
in addition,the reamer must be special,valve in different size must use corresponding reamer.it cost large auto maintenance factory a lot to purchase different reamers to repair various engine.
in adtion ,the seal belt of valve port and upper-lower chamfer are made by dividing three time to process .so it is hard to guarantee the width &position of seal belt and their concentricity by manual operation because.
In order to solve above problems, improve maintenance quality, save the labor time and reduce the variety of reamer, our company based on foreign technology ,have designed and produced a general reamer, this reamer can be widely use in various gasline and diesel engine of motor-bike ,car ,bus ,truck, tractor and engineering machinery etc.
The valve seat diameter within 18-62mm is available which greatly reduce the variety reamers,the tool is processed of accuracy positioning device.which can complete the seal belt of valve and upper-lower chamfer at one time by one reamer,with accurate width,angle and postion of seal-belt. And ensure the concentricity to improve the maintenance quality.
