Q1:Are you a factory or trading company? We are factory, and we can guarantee our price is first-hand, High quality and competitive price.
Q2. When can I get the price? Usually we quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.
Q3. Can I get samples? How long is the sample lead time? Yes, certainly. We will provide the existing samples for you, Sample fee is refundable when the bulk order meets our MOQ . Normally 3-5 days for our stocked products.7-10 days for the custom products
Q4. What about the lead time for mass production? Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Always 15-20 days based on general order .
Q5. How do you guarantee the quality? During the production, we have professional QC to inspect the products while manufacturing. And we also warmly welcome customer's QC to inspect the goods before shipment.
Q6. Where is your factory ? How can I visit there? Our factory loaded in DongGuan,China, you can come here by air to BaiYun airport or ShenZhen airport, and then call us to pick up.
Q7. What's your payment term? Our payment term is 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
Q8. Can I get discounts? Yes. For big order and regular Customers, we give favorable discounts.
