Caution:

Do not fill with boiling water which may damage the rubber over time;
Avoid prolonged (30+ min.) direct contact with skin when filled with very hot water which may cause scalding/burns;
Keep away from children aged under 36 months;
Check the stopper periodically for signs of wear and tear; Replace your hot water bag after every two years.
