Cooldo gas metal melting furnace, is mainly used for aluminum/copper for melting and heat preservation, also can be used for low-melting-point nonferrous metals and alloy such as zinc, stannum, copper, plumbum, cadmium for melting and heat preservation. Furnace Shell

The furnace shell is made from steel plates and steel plates in a shape of a round column. The weldings are completely sealed.

Refractory Lining

The refractory lining is comprised of Morgan insulation block and blanket,calcium silicate felt.The heating method is burner with adjustable power.

Burning System

The burning system employs European burner, which has functions of temperature control, automatic ignition, flame detection, and automatic start-up or shut-off of the burner based on the temperature upper limit and lower limit.
