Feature&Parameter

1.Machine Structure Material

Adopt 10mm Steel Plate To Make Machine Structure.Steel Plate Is Process By Laser Machine,Make Machine Structure High Precision.
Highly Improve Printing Precision And Reduce Machine Noise.

2.Full Auto Feeder Table. Can Loading 100cm Length Bag Stack

There have a photocell eye to detect bag, When bag move to downside of mechanical hand. Convey belt will stop ,then machine hand to do feeding.
There have position location plate in side of work table ,can help fix bag well on convey belt.

3.Mechanical Hand To Do Feeding

Adopt mechanical hand to feed paper bag ,then send bag to transitional unit.

4.Whole Machine Is Synchronous Control By PLC System.

5.Transitional Correct Unit & Printing Entrance

When bag be feed by mechanical hand and send to transitional part,sending claw will hold bag and move to printing entrance,Deviation correct roller will correct deviation and make bag in flat sending direction.
There is a Electronic Photocell eye on entrance(New type photocell eye can check Black Color Bag.) ,when bag come ,it will send sign to printing cylinder to start printing.

6.Ink Circular System

Anilox Roller + Rubber Roller + Ink Circular Pump+Air Compressor,automatic circular ink,make ink always clean ,have a colorful printing effect.

220 Mesh anilox roller. it can transfer ink equably ,especially when you print 2mm size words on material. Anyway,It save Printing Ink.
Shore Hardness 90 Oilproof Rubber Roller,Oilproof character make it long service life.

7.  4CM Thickness Special Customize Gear.

Our gear is customize ,4cm thickness , make machine work much more steady , fast , with low noise, create a good environment for your worker.
