A2: Yes . We have the designer to redraw your artwork based on high resolution JPG file of your logo for the production .

Q4: Do you produce the customized sample to confirm the order ?
A4: Yes . We will produce 1pc customized sample according to your artwork and size chart for your checking before the production.



Q5: What about leadtime for the customized sample?
A5 : It is about 7-10 days after all information confirmed.


Q6: Is the customized sample free ?
A6: Yes , if you make the deposit first , we will provide 1pc free customzied sample to you check the quality . If it is the development sample , it will be charged the sample cost .
