The biomass briquette machine has various raw materials such as sawdust, wood shavings, bamboo shavings, bark, branches, walnut, chestnut shell, cotton stalk, corn stover, sunflower stalk, big haulm, rice husk, bagasse, corn cob 

and other raw material crushing (under 6 mm in diameter, such as rice husk, sawdust without crushing) through 

mechanical extrusion after four or six arrises edges or square perforated molding fuel.

Process for biomass briquette as follow:

1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm)
2. Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%
3. Put the material into feed let of briquette machine
4. Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive
5. Carbonized the briquette stick
6. Complete charcoal production lines include crusher, drier, charcoal briquette machine,
carbonization furnace.
