Introduction:
The filling line is composed of bottle washing machine, filling machine and sealing machine, fully automatic, smaller in space occupied, more compact in structure, used for plastic bottle or glass bottle, can filling mineral water, fruit juice, health drink, soy sauce, milk, vinegar, wine and so on. It is the ideal filling line for food and drink factories.
Main Features:
1. It’s fully automatic washing, filling and capping combined machine, guarantee the production continuity and reliability, more advanced in technique, smaller in space occupied, more compact in structure.
2. Strong adaptability: because all parts have a height adjusting device, the height of bottle can be adjusted within the range of 170~320mm, change few parts, such as bottle stirring wheel and guiding plate, to suit different bottle diameter in the range of 50~100mm.
3. This machine has a complete set of fully automatic and reliable protection system. There is a security and protection device under bottle receiving wheel. In case bottles crowding or overload happens at bottle receiving wheel, the machine would stop running at once.
