Air conditioner ceramic heater assembled with electrode plates and heat sink fins are dynamic heating element designed to heat up moving air. The large surface area of aluminum fins ensures a homogeneous heat transfer adjustable with air flowing volume. Power can be regulated by the airflow and assembly condition. The higher the airflow, the higher the power(wattage) .Jinke is providing a wide range of designs.

1.  Safety due to automatic temperature control, max temperature is lower than 300 degree C. Won’t burn when contact with paper, clothes or others.

 Notice in application

1)After switching on, the power is large, and then decrease, finally it become steady state. The steady state power changes with applied conditions. Faster is the heat conduction, higher is the steady state power; higher is the surface temperature, higher is the power.

 

2)The surface temperature of this kind  ceramic heater   can be controlled by itself, control circuit may be omitted in most appliances.
3)Our PTC products are high reliable, long lifetime, but if they are assembled improperly, the power or temperature may be instable.
4)Parallel connection is necessary for two or more ptc ceramic heater element connection
