Working Process

Sawed Boards

The Material Boards/Timbers will be Imported or from China.

Sawing for the Width

The Boards/Timbers will be sawed into uniform pieces by the Mult-Saw for fixing the width. 

Stickering

Timbers will be stacked with spacers that allow air to circulate within the stack(Green product skip this stage and the next).

Sawing and Selectiing

Selecting the Qualified pieces and sawing off the scar pieces.

Making the Finger Joints

The Qualified Pieces will be made the Finger Joints both sides.

Gluing

All the Finger blocks will be glued into boards, The Grade of the Glue: E1/E0.

Sawing for Thickness

The Jointed Blocks will be sawed by the Mult-Saw for fixing the thickness.

Pressing

The Glued Board will be Hot-Pressed

Planing.

Smoothes the board's surfaces by hands and prepare to the sanding process.

Sanding

Smoothes the wood's surfaces and ensures that each peice has a uniform thickness.

Sealing and Grading

Assigns a "grade" to each board that indicates its quality level, based on a variety of characteristics, including its MC.

Finished Wood Warehouse

After Grading, all the Boards will be stored into the Finished Wood Warehouse for Sale.

Certifications
Packing & Delivery

Packing Details : Suitable for exporting standard,Pallet packing with carton outside with iron/plastic packing belts.Or as requested.

Delivery Details : Samples could be delivered within 2 days. Regular orders could be arranged loading and shipment winthin 30 days.
