1. Cleaning stage:
Bucket Elevator is mainly used to transport rice in complete processing line.
The magnetic separator is to remove iron, iron pin from the material.
Vibrating Screen is specially used for separating the impurities from rice
After cleaning, rice will be transported into Proportion Stoner to separate the stone.

2. Milling stage
Next, the rice into the Hulling Machine to remove the shell.
It can separate the shell from the paddy husk mixture through the suction effect.
Paddy separating screen used to separate the brown rice and rice.
Rice machine is adopted to peel the rice and brown rice.
The rice that has removed the shell will be into the rice milling machine for further processing.

3.Grading stage
The Rice grader is used to separate whole rice,ordinary rice,large pieces and small pieces.

The Color sorter is used to select the other color rice out except white beautiful color.

This stage in order to promise the rice we got finally is whole and beautiful.

4. Packing stage
Finally,we will use the automatic packing machine to pack the rice.
