 Gantry Type Tank external longitudinal and circular seam welding machine    

   For carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy tank; section shape square, special-shaped and round. welding torch moving, tank rotating and welding speed are numerical control,Touch screen operation,The welding speed is adjusted by rotating encoder to the controller. Longitudinal seam welding, walking on the machining rail with track, welding is stable.

  Application 

1,Weld long & short axis 1300-2600 mm irregular tank and diameter 1300-2500mm round tank circular and longitudinal seam, the effective longitudinal welding length is 15m, the maximum curvature of  tank R400 ~ R4500mm, gantry frame stroke 17 m

2,welding thickness 2-8mm,material carbon steel, stainless steel aluminum alloyed

3,welding mode: depends on work piece

4,matching with irregular tank rotator can realize tank circular seam and the longitudinal joint seam welding

5,Gantry frame rail distance 4500mm,twin side servo drive,walking speed 200~4000mm/min

6,welding trolley move on rail,drive by step motor,walking speed changes according to the position of tank,By encoder measuring the rotation speed of the tank, the signal is transmitted to the PLC, then the running speed of the welding trolley and the rotation speed of the rotator are controlled, to ensure stable welding speed. Torch position adjustment is using electric cross trimming device. Welding speed:100-1000mm/min.

7,The torch position adjustment is using 3D electric cross trimming device, Fine tuning automatic tracking distance 0~150mm,Trimming distance 100mm

Warranty: 12 months from the date of Bill of Lading.

The Seller shall bear responsibility for the entire machineries normally working during 12 months from the date of Bill of Lading. During warranty period, if are damages and disorders of equipment due to machine quality, The Seller shall be responsible for replacement of the defective parts with new parts. The warranty shall also include performance functions as defined in the offer. In the case that there is any defect The Buyer shall inform The Seller in writing and photos of the broken parts. The Seller will assist and deal with such damages within 15 days from receipt of The Buyer’s above information.

The Seller doesn’t guarantee the spare parts which are easily worn out / damaged. The Seller deems it his responsibility to furnish The Buyer these spare parts at prices reasonable or agreed.

The Seller doesn’t guarantee equipment in case faults caused by operators’ improper operation or electric source’s breakdown.

Service condition:

1) When Sellers send engineer to Buyer's place for Installation, Commissioning and training for the machine in this contract in Buyer's place, Buyer shall undertake all the relative fees like, all tickets, accommodation for Seller's engineers.

2) Seller shall, within one week of receiving the above information, provide the required and qualified personnel to undertake supervision of installation, commissioning and training.

3) If the Buyer needs the service after sales from Seller, then Buyer shall undertake all the relative fees, like Round Tickets, Accommodation, Internal and international transportation, Labour cost of engineers etc.

4) When the Seller's engineer carries out the services in Buyer's place, Buyer shall arrange a Translator that can speak Chinese for Seller's engineer.

5) Labour cost for engineers: 100.00 USD per person, per day.

2.What certificate the machine in your company get?
We’ve passed the ISO9001 Quality System Approval and CE Certification. 
 
3.Does your company accept CIF price?
  CIF price includes shipping cost of cnc machine which needs to quote according to the different destination port and various in different months. Please contact us when you have such need.
CIF price also includes marine premium which is 2‰ of 1.1*total amount.

4.What’s your methods of transportation?
  For most countries, we will transport our machine by sea, as for inland countries, we may use railway or highway transportation. Exported cnc machine is all be packed by wooden case which can be fixed into a 40 HQ.
 
5.If the machine is out-of-warranty, how to charge the cost of accessories?
  For the out of warranty machine which needs to replacement parts, we will charge according to the parts quotation. If you have any questions, please email us for consultation. 

6.Does MC have maintenance manual and operation manual?
  Each cnc machine leaving the factory will be along with related series or model the English instructions including maintenance manual and operation manual. Attached documentations may also include cnc controller instruction, parts instruction you bought(like rotaty table, oil cooler)
