A: As general, 30% Deposit and balance before shipping.

Q4: What is delivery time?

A: Generally speaking, the lead time is 15 days after receipt deposit.

A: Yes. We will send you information and photos at different production stage of your order. You will get the latest information in time.

Q7How can i get the after-service?

A: We will send you the spare parts for free if the problems caused by us.
If it is the men-made problems,we also send the spare parts based on you bear the freight cost.

Q8: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

A: Our factory is located in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, nearby Shanghai and Nanjing. You could fly to Shanghai or Nanjing airport directly and we will pick you up there. You are warmly welcome to visit us whenever you are available!
