1. What kind of material you can provide for the glass? Tritan,PCTG, PETG,Polycarbonate, Acrylic, PS, PP etc. Just according customer's requirements.
2.Why choose the polycarbonate drinkwarer ?
Different of Tritan and Polycarbonate: Comparing the phystical features:Tritan features and Polycarbonate are nearly same. All of them are one of engineerd plastic with superior impact and heat resistance,similar to glass in appearance.Polycarbonate is the preferred choice for hotels,catering companies,restaurants and businesses that want the look of glass, but not the breakage issues that go with it. The perfect solution for poolside or patio entertining. Tritan is much more safety for kids,children and young person use, because of its chemical,do not include BPA, when contacting with hot water.
3. Can I get a sample? and When I can get the samples? Yes, 1 or 2 pcs samples will be fee provided by freight collected We can send out the samples on the next day after your confirmation. It takes 3-5 working days from our warehouse to your office by courier.
4. Lead time for production. Normall, produce 1,000-2,000pcs per item, but we can move fast when order is urgently needed to ship.
5. What's your payment terms. We prefere T/T 30% as deposit and 70% against the B/L copy. L/C at sight is also available.
6.How to clean the glasses? The products can be cleaned just as normal glass. They can stand hand wash, normal dishwasher and industrial dishwasher.
7.Caution tips and Notes Please advoid the sharp items touching the plastic glasses, and Never use scouring powder, scrub sponge, steel sponge, razor blades or similar sharp/rough devises for cleaning drinkware! For hand wash most recommended is a soft sponge or a microfiber cloth.
