Q1. Can I have a sample order for led light?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. 

But the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q2. What about the lead time?

A: Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 2-4 weeks. 

Q3. Can you produce according to the samples?

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional. It will take 15 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

A:  L.C at signt, Paypal,  T/T,  Western Union and Trade Assurance.

     T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery.

     We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU. DDP.
