Principle of Diamond Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion is a non-invasive, skin resurfacing procedure that gently exfoliates or polishes away the top layer of dead skin cells by using sterile diamond heads, then the vacuum will trap the dirt or dead skin in the filtration system. It helps improve skin tone, texture and elasticity and reduces the appearance of age spots, fine lines and pigmentation etc.
The top most layer is called the stratum corneum. The stratum corneum mostly acts as a barrier between the outside world and the lower skin layers.This layer is home to many minor skin imperfections like fine wrinkle lines and blemishes. It also block skin product to get through;therefore, microdermabrasion is the terminator of stratum corneum.

Treatment Method:
Cheeks and chin:
Stroke with the Diamond tip following arrows 1 and 3. (Referring to attached photo)
Around lips:
Follow arrows 4 and 5. Do not touch your lips with the diamond tip.
Around eyes:
Stroke downwards between eye and ear (arrow 6), outwards on temple (arrow 7), and below eye (arrow 8). Do not stroke eyelid.
Forehead:
Stroke outwards, and work your way upwards with horizontal strokes (arrows 9 & 10).
Nose:
Cover entire nose as per arrow 11.
Hands:
Cover the back of your hands and fingers gently with the fine tip.
Suitable for every skin type:
This machine is suitable for use one every skin type. After the treatment and below eye (arrow 8). Do not stroke eyelid.
