The composition of the robot
The robot is composed by two parts ,one is Controller and another is the Manipulator.
The space of robot manipulator is composed of six axis of six bar open chain institutions, in theory to achieve space any movement.

Working program:
The Robot palletizer can do palletizing and carton layer separating same time. The shrink-wrapped packs or carton are conveyed to robot operation area, the robot system will palletize packs on pallet; after one layer’s palletization, the robot will pick one layer separating carton board and fix it between each layer of palletization, then it will go on palletizing.
Motion time: about 9~10seconds/ motion.
Payload: 40~500KG.

Robot Palletizing System
General description
The system is composed by robot, clamp, direction turning device, case conveyor, case catching table and etc.
Working procedure: The robot catches the pallet to the palletizing position, while the full bottle cases from the previous stage are transported through the case distribution belt and direction turning device and are arranged in row on the case catching table. Then robot grip packages onto pallet of pallet conveying machine. Repeat the procedure instructions doing palletizing operations.
