Features of box type high temperature furnace 

1.Suitable for mass production of baking products. Capacity may vary with the requirement of product size,
particular design and manufacture is available.
2.Temperature range:Room temperature plus 10℃~1200℃
3.Temperature control system:Digit setup, digital display, PID automatic algorithm, SCR control or programmable controller.
4.Material used:Inner layer-furnace-pan assembly. Middle layer- adiabatic board made by hi-temperature ceramic fiber plus thermally insulated bricks as heat barrier. Outer layer-medium carbon steel plate made through by hi-temperature paint-coating process.
5.Heating method:Depend the necessity of manufacture, to be heating in 3 sides, 4 sides or five sides.
6.Heating element: A-1electric heating element imported from Sweden.
7.Door:Pull-to-open door, mounting of view window is available.(Optional).
