Guide to use of heart rate monitor
1.Wet the electrode area of the chest strap.
2.Connect Heart Rate device with the chest
strap,please note that the left and right side
should be the same as your left and right hand.(There is a L and R on the device)
3.Adjust the strap length to fit your chest tightly and comfortably,make sure the wet electrode area touch firmly with your skin.(make sure monitor left and right side should be the same as your left and right hand)
