1):Are you factory or trading company?
We are factory.

2)Could you offer free sample?
If for one or two sample, we can offer you free. Then you just need to pay for the sample charge. If many samples, you need to pay for the sample charge and the express charge. When got your order, we can return the sample charge to you.

3)How long is your delivery time?
Usually be 3-5 days when we have stock. If do not have stock, usually be 30 days. If our factory is too busy, will be about 45 days.

4)What’s your payment?
For the sample charge, you can pay it by paypal. For the mass production, we accept T/T, L/P. Usually be 30% advance payment and the remaining will be paid after got the B/L copy.
Also you can pay by trade assurance, which will be the best way to protect your right.
