Q2: Can I order a sample first before mass production? 

A2: Surely you can order a sample first. And there will be some sample cost, charged based on your design & artwork. 

We will make the sample hats for you after payment received and take pictures

for your reference once finished. If you want to see the actual sample cap, 

we can send the sample to you by DHL or FedEx, TNT, UPS

If you place the bulk order directly, we provide free pre-production sample

 

Q 3: How soon can I get a custom sample made?

A3: It usually takes about 5-7 days

 

Q 4: how many days I can receive the sample?

A4: We provide Fedex, DHL, UPS, TNT, The most quickly is 2 days, The slowly is about 5-7 days. It depend on you which shipping method you want.

 

Q5: The sample cost can be deducted from the bulk order?

A5:  If you quantity over 200pcs, the sample cost can be deducted .
