Machine Tool Frame Brief:

Machine body:

(1) Machine base, work table and other basic main parts are made from good quality casting steel. Rolling linear guide on the bed drives the tooling doing infeeding processing. Infeeding AC servo motor directly installed in the back of the bed, through the elastic coupling and precision ball screw connection, to achieve deep hole processing infeed movement.

Drill box:

Double spindles structure. Using the power spindle and high-speed machinery sealing, Max. coolant pressure up to 15Mpa, main spindle Max. Rotation speed 20000r/min. The drill box moves on the rolling linear guide rail. The hydraulic hose and the cooling water pipe are connected through the transition joint at the rear of the drill box.

The lower part of the drill pipe is provided with a screw nut for driving the drill box carrier. 

Coolant System:

With special coolant system, supply high pressure and high flow clean cutting oil for the gun drill processing.

Coolant and filter system: The tank volume should ensure that the machine can work continuously and that the oil temperature is within the normal operating range. Workpiece cooling is through coolant oil, temperature and flowing is adjustable. There is cooling device in the coolant system. The filter oil supply to ensure continuous operation of the machine.

Automatic chips remover: Cleaning the chips automatically

Filter system: 3 classes filtering: magnetic filtration paper belt, wire nets, improving the cleanliness of the cutting fluid.

High press pumps: Supplying the cutting oil for the toolings, flowing and pressure is adjustable. 

The cooling system consists of a water tank for cooling the spindle, and the three-phase pump supplies the rust-proof cooling water into the spindle. The water tank has rollers on the bottom, moving freely.

Machine mainly parameters:

1. Before shipment, every part of machine will be painted with a layer of anti-rust and water-proof oil to prevent possible erosion during transportation. 
2. A plastic cover to wrap around machine parts to enhance corrosion prevention. 
3. Export standard fumigated wood cases are measured and specially made for packing. 
4. Steel wire will be used to tighten and strengthen the packages inside container.
