The equipment is mainly used for curing various rubber products and plastic products such as rubber floor tiles, rubber doormats, car mats, bullpen pads, mouse pads, sealing rings, bicycle tires, motorcycle tires, trolley tires, rubber soles, Silicone rubber stoppers, belts, conveyor belts, highway speed belts, tennis balls, bouncy balls, etc.

 

Structure & Advantages                                     

 

1. The equipment consists of hydraulic station, fuel tank, heating plate, machine base and electric control cabinet.

2. The equipment adopts column type and frame type structure. The structure is simple and reasonable, the operation is flexible, the space is spacious, and the appearance is beautiful.

3, the device does not leak oil, no pressure, low noise.

4. The cylinder and base are made of ductile iron. The plunger is made of chilled cast iron and is durable.

5. The heating plate adopts Q235 steel plate and the stainless steel material used for the heating pipe. The large heat transfer area can realize rapid heating and cooling, and its production efficiency is 20% higher than similar products.

6. The polyurethane sealing ring between the piston and the hydraulic cylinder has good sealing performance.

7. Asbestos insulation boards are installed between each heating plate, which can greatly extend the service life of equipment and increase production efficiency.

8. The electronic control cabinet adopts the products produced by the world famous brand manufacturers. The automatic computer control (PLC) can realize automatic rising and automatic falling. Can be equipped with automatic push-pull die, saving labor costs.
