Q: How do you ganrantee the production quality?

A: We have an independent QC team. Our QC teams do sample inspection, part inspection during production and 100% final inspection before the shipment.

Q: Have you exported to our country?
A: From now on, we have did business with foreign friends from 128 countries, such as USA, Canada, UK, Italy, South Africa...... 

Q: May I know the Lead time?
A:The lead time of our machine is 7-10 days. When you order more, we need to check the production schedule.

Q: What is the regular color? May I order a special color I like?
A:  The regular color is Blue, Orange, White, Red. Also we can do customize one for you.

Q: Can you supply OEM service?
A: Yes, we can, some customers prefer that use their Logo, their color. And we are glad to help them open their market.

Q: What is the warranty time?
A: Warranty time is 12 months. Parts have free replacement when damaged during this time. 

Q: What is your payment terms?
A: We accept T/T, Western Union, L/C, Alibaba Trade Assurance, etc.

Q: Can you provide the whole workshop automotive equipment?
A: Yes. we can. And we have help many customers to start their body shops, some from Canada, UAE, Germany,Tailand, etc.
