Summary
With 25 years research and innovation, our company has developed four types of HGX (originally called STJ) series box dryers including HGX-Z steam type, HGX-Q gas type, HGX-Y oil type and HGX-M coal type, covering more than 10 specifications. Our users are spread over more than 20 provinces and 10 countries. It is the most commonly-used, the most economical and practical vegetable drying machine in domestic.
The most important characteristics of HGX series box dryer are easy operation, good flexibility and wide application. It can process in large quantity, also can be used for small capacity, and can process many varieties simultaneously. It is very suitable for drying products with high sugar content, such as glucose-add carrot cube and crushed cabbage; also suitable for viscous products such as kelp. This series dryer is very easy to clean and maintenance, and fully complies with the hygienic requirement for export.
Application
HGX series box dryer has a wide application. It is sutiable for almost all kinds of fruit and vegetables, especially sugar-content or viscous products, such as glucose-add carrot cube and crushed cabbage, etc.
Working principle
1.the boiler or other fuel supplys the drier with steam or hot air through heat exchanger;
2.with the help of the Radiator and Fan, the room air will be changed into hot dry air and blowed into the cabinet;
3.the raw material in the cabinet exchanges moisture with hot dry air and then become dried products.

Product Pictures
First stage: Fresh product put into the dryer and stir with tools to achieve even drying.
Second stage: Combine the semi-dried product into one for further dehydration, which saves more space for new fresh product and allows various product dehydration at the same time.
Final product: Moisture rate could be controlled. If not special required, the moisture rate will be around 8%~10%.
We could offer factory design for you. 
This is another kind of dehydration. In one box dryer, there's 2 layer with several trays. This style could ensure a perfect outlook of product.
