Operation Detail:
1, printing requirements: use ordinary polyester mesh, 300-420mesh(customized requests),the tension for the mesh is 23-25 Newton; the scraper’s hardness is 70-80degree; The printing line diameter is between 0.08-0.15mm; temperature is among 25℃±5℃; humidity is among 60%--80%; diffusion time is within 8hours after screen printing, 8 hours after bake, and the printing line is plump and evenly. The line is clear after etching.
Announcement:
1.Storage period:Sealed ink can be stored for six months in dry ventilate darkroom below 25 ℃, prolonged operation or storage in highlight or daylight is prohibited.
2.If accidental contact with skin or eyes , wash immediately with soap and plenty of water , or medical treatment in a timely manner.
