5: How many days for sample producing? how about the time of mass production?

Generally, 5-7 days for samples making.

The lead time of mass production will depend on quantity, production art, etc. 

 6: Do you inspect the finished products?

Yes. Each step of production and finished products will be carried out inspection by QC department before shipping.
