When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price,pls call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
How can I get sample to check your quality?
After confirm the price, you can require for sample to check the watch quality.If the sample we have in stock,we will provide it to you in free,and if have no in stock,which is need to pay the sample charge(sample charge should be returned after confirm the order)
Can you do the design for us?
Yes,we can do your design,And we have a professional team with rich experience in watch design and manufacturing.just inform us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect watch.It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files.send us the resolution images, your logo and inform us how you would like it to be.We would send you finished files for confirmation.
How long I can I expect to get the sample?
In general,after confirm the sample,the sample will be ready for delivery in 5-10days,which is according to the sample design.The sample will be send to you in any express you want.
What about the lead time for mass production?
Generally speaking,the delivery for mass production is 25-30 days after confirming the deposit.Our factory have the ability of producing 100000 pc monthly,Pls inform me us if you have a require or fast in lead time.
