PTFE fiberglass open mesh conveyor belt
Open mesh belts are constructedwith PTFE impreganated coated fiberglass, aramid(or both) and polyester mesh materials that are both durable and food safe. A wide selection of splice, edge and tracking options ensures that belts are constructed in the best way of their intended purpose.
Belts are available in any length , and widths of up to 4000mm.
Features
1. Non-stick surface;
2.Chemical resistance, anti corrion for the resins on the surface;
3.Exceptional strength and dimensional stability;
4. high temperature resistance -70 to 260℃ (-100 ℉ to +550 ℉) perfect for many drying application.
Application
1.Silk screen dryer;shrink tunner; UV dryer; rotary printing machine;
2.Drying textiles and non-woven materials;
3.Side and base sealing auto pack machines;
4.Re-soldering and ink drying cable braiding;
5.Food drying and so on
To enhance belt strngth and performance for different application and machinery , belts are fabricated based on end-user and OEM specification with various Edge, Joint and Guiding(tracking) options
